Hi
David - I have been into the vintage snowmobiles since I was about 8 years
old.
My
dad bought me a 1971 Polaris TX 300 when I was 8....and I still have that
sled today too!!
I
also have my fathers 71 TX 300 that he bought brand new it now has 7,500
miles on it and never been re-built.
I
also have my grandmothers (dad's mom) 72 Arctic Cat Panter 340,
two
sleds I will never ever get rid of no matter how much money is offered.
My
other sleds consit of Polaris's.
I
have a 1969 Polaris Charger with a 400 single free air & megaphone
(all original sled, with 69 TX engine put in).
2-1971
Polaris TX 300's, a 1971 TX 400, 1971 TX with a 530cc twin cylinder free
air,
and
1971 TX racer tank, seat & pipes on it)....and I have a 71 TX Racer
2+1 795cc triple monster.
1972
Cat Panther. Built a 73 TX 440 for my wife...
Here
is a picture of my line up of sleds, I recently sold the 72 TX 500 you
see in the picture.
The
Arctic Cat & Polaris sitting side by side are my dads & grandma's.
They
have been next to each other since brand new!
